We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation by You
Cancellation charges depend on the notice period before travel and are detailed in your confirmed proposal. Charges typically increase closer to the departure date.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within a reasonable period after cancellation, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. flights, permits, non-refundable hotels).
Cancellation by Us
In the rare event we must cancel, you will be offered an alternative journey or a refund of recoverable amounts.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical and trip interruption.
